2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Certain items such as sale items, accessories, and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your return.

📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
